Refund policy

Return conditions:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition, and its packaging is not damaged, incl. that labels, packaging, stickers, etc., have not been removed or are intact. the like, which aim to establish the unpacking or use of the product, without limiting the possibility for the consumer to open the packaging of the shipment to check the goods. Return procedure:

Step 1:

Before returning the products, please contact the customer service team by email at mysecretbyj@gmail.com at the time of receipt of the order. If the goods are to be received after 5.30pm, you must send us a request (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) giving your name, address and, if available, telephone number, fax and e-mail address. It is recommended write the order number, along with the names and contact phone number. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the opt-out statement to the email address you provided.

Step 2:

При изпращане на стоката, обратно до наш склад, задължително трябва да посочите опция “преглед“, за да може да се констатира дали връщането отговаря на изискванията, да не е нарушена цялостта на опаковката и стоката.

Money return process:

Possibility of changing products:

Exchange of products of your choice can be made by email request to mysecretbyj@gmail.com and shipping costs are at your expense. We only accept them if the size or item does not match your order.

Return of damaged products:

When you receive your order, you must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us immediately if they are damaged. Please check the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
